Whippojoy Shipping Guide: U.S. Delivery

Whippojoy offers free FedEx shipping for U.S. delivery addresses. Checkout validates the delivery state before a payment session is created.

Shipping eligibility applies to the address entered at checkout. If the address is outside the supported region, the order cannot proceed through the storefront checkout.

Delivery is estimated at 3–5 business days after fulfillment. The estimate is not a delivery guarantee: destination, carrier conditions, order verification, and other operational factors can affect timing.

Orders are fulfilled from California or New York according to destination and inventory. Review the Shipping & Delivery policy for the complete terms before ordering.

Please check the email address used at checkout within three days of placing your order. Once a FedEx tracking number is available, Whippojoy sends a shipping email with the official tracking link. Customers can also use the order tracking page with the requested order details.

If you do not see the tracking email, check your Spam or Junk folder before contacting support. For a delivery question, keep the order number available so the support team can locate the order securely; do not send payment details in ordinary email.
