What to verify before adding a product to your cart
Read every manufacturer instruction
Use the cylinder label and the regulator, hose, and culinary dispenser instructions as the source of truth for the equipment you own. Stop if the documentation does not clearly support the intended connection or cylinder format.
Confirm the pressure rating and intended format
Each component must be specifically designed and pressure-rated for the applicable culinary cylinder format. Do not assume that similar-looking fittings, adapters, or equipment are compatible.
Inspect before use
Do not use equipment that is damaged, leaking, corroded, loose, modified, contaminated, or missing a required component. Follow the manufacturer’s instructions for inspection and service.
Use a stable culinary workspace
Keep the cylinder secured and work in a stable, well-ventilated food-preparation area away from children, heat, flames, traffic, and ignition sources. Never improvise a connection or bypass a safety feature.
When to pause and ask for help
Do not proceed when the product format, equipment rating, delivery eligibility, age-verification requirement, cylinder condition, or manufacturer directions are unclear.
