Where we ship
We sell and ship only to eligible addresses within the United States. We do not accept international orders. Because nitrous oxide cylinders are regulated for transportation and may be subject to carrier or destination restrictions, checkout availability is not a guarantee that every address can be served. We may cancel and refund an order if the carrier cannot lawfully or safely deliver it.
Order processing and delivery estimates
Orders are fulfilled after payment and any required age or order verification are completed. FedEx delivery is generally estimated at 3–7 business days after fulfillment. Weekends, holidays, severe weather, carrier restrictions, address corrections, inventory transfers, and verification requests may extend these estimates. Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees.
Fulfillment locations
Orders are fulfilled from California or New York based on destination, carrier eligibility, and available inventory. A single order may be divided into more than one shipment when products are stored at different locations.
Shipping charges
Free standard U.S. shipping is included with every current product. The checkout total does not add a shipping charge. FedEx is the standard delivery carrier, subject to destination eligibility and carrier availability.
Address and carrier restrictions
Provide a complete street address and accurate contact information. Delivery to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, freight forwarders, reshipping services, or other locations that cannot receive regulated cylinders may be unavailable. Do not place an order if receiving or possessing the product is prohibited at your destination.
Age and identity verification
Products on this site are offered for adult purchase and lawful culinary use. For orders shipped to New York, the purchaser must be at least 21 years old and age verification is required. We may request additional information, use a verification provider, require an adult signature, or cancel an order when eligibility cannot be confirmed.

When tracking is available, it is sent to the email address provided at checkout. Inspect the package promptly. Do not use a cylinder that is damaged, leaking, unusually warm, or has a compromised valve. Contact us with the order number and photographs within 48 hours of delivery if the shipment arrives damaged or incomplete. Carrier scans marked delivered should first be checked with household members, neighbors, and the carrier.
